Terms of Service

EEZ TERMS OF SERVICE — Version 3.1
Effective October 7, 2026. Operator: WRED Creative Technologies LLC.

1. Acceptance and scope

By creating an EEZ account or using EEZ, you agree to these Terms and the related EEZ Privacy Policy, EULA, AI Processing & Transparency Policy, Account & Data Deletion Policy, and Data Retention Policy where applicable.

2. What EEZ is

EEZ is an employee-first work-life organizer for schedules, earnings, workplace groups, messaging, and related tools. EEZ is not your employer, payroll provider, HR system, tax adviser, legal adviser, or official workplace scheduling authority.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and protect your device and sign-in method. You may not impersonate another person, access another user's account, or bypass EEZ security controls.

4. Employment and job separation

EEZ may support multiple Employments. Job-specific schedules, earnings, currencies, Workplace context, and sharing permissions are intended to remain scoped to the applicable Employment.

5. Schedules

EEZ may import, display, edit, and share work schedules. Imported or user-entered information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users remain responsible for checking official workplace sources.

Shared Schedule Groups

When a user manually edits their own synced shift for an Employment already shared with Schedule Groups, EEZ may update those shared projections for every Schedule Group currently sharing that Employment. This keeps coworkers' shared views current; it does not approve a workplace swap or replace employer authorization.

6. Earnings

Users may record tips, hours, commissions, and other earnings information. These records are for personal organization and are not payroll, tax, accounting, or financial advice. EEZ does not silently combine different currencies.

7. Messaging and safety

Users may send messages and participate in Groups. EEZ may provide block, unblock, and report tools. Reporting may create a limited safety/support record and does not automatically suspend another account.

8. AI-assisted features

EEZ may use AI to help interpret schedules and other user-requested content. AI results may be wrong or incomplete. EEZ may request review or decline to commit uncertain information.

9. Workplace context

EEZ may display weather, nearby events, traffic, or similar context using a stored Workplace location. This is informational only.

10. Subscriptions and billing

EEZ may offer free or paid features. Marketplace purchases are governed by the applicable marketplace's billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. Deleting an EEZ account does not automatically cancel marketplace billing.

11. Account deletion

Users may request account deletion through supported EEZ controls. Shared content, safety/security records, purchase-lineage tombstones, and other limited records may be retained where necessary and lawful.

12. Privacy and security

Use of EEZ is governed by the Privacy Policy. WRED uses safeguards designed to protect EEZ data, but no system is completely secure.

13. Third-party services

EEZ may rely on Apple, cloud infrastructure, AI providers, maps/place services, notification providers, and other vendors.

14. Availability and changes

EEZ may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may provide updates for security, reliability, compatibility, or product improvement.

15. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse EEZ, interfere with service operation, access data without authorization, abuse messaging or invitation tools, or use EEZ to violate law or another person's rights.

16. Disclaimers

EEZ is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. WRED does not guarantee schedules, imported information, AI results, notifications, messages, Workplace context, or third-party services will always be accurate, complete, timely, or available.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WRED and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from EEZ, including missed shifts, schedule errors, lost earnings, workplace disputes, third-party outages, or data loss.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Ohio law except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Changes

WRED may update these Terms as EEZ evolves. Material changes may be communicated in-app, on EEZApp.com, or by other appropriate means.
