Privacy Policy

EEZ PRIVACY POLICY — Version 3.1
Effective October 7, 2026. Operator: WRED Creative Technologies LLC.

1. Introduction

This Policy explains how EEZ collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use EEZ mobile apps, EEZApp.com, account services, schedules, earnings, workplace Groups, messaging, AI-assisted features, workplace context, subscriptions, and support.
EEZ does not sell schedules, earnings, messages, or Workplace information for targeted advertising.

2. Information EEZ may process

Account and authentication

Name, display/preferred name, email when available, provider identifiers, account status, session/security metadata, and settings.

Employment and Workplace

Workplace name, employment-specific information, schedule name/matching name, compensation type, Employment status, Group membership, and Workplace context.

Schedules

Schedule images/PDFs/photos you choose to import; shift dates/times; schedule periods; visible names/labels; provenance; corrections; sharing consent; shared schedule projections; and manual schedule edits.

Earnings

Tips, hours, commissions, earnings details, goals, currency metadata, and historical totals.

Messaging and safety

Group/DM content, timestamps, memberships, message identifiers, block relationships, and bounded safety-report records.

Workplace context

Stored Workplace address/place identifier, coordinates/time zone, and context such as weather, events, or traffic related to the Workplace. EEZ does not require continuous personal-location tracking for this functionality.

Device and technical

App/device version, language/region, push token, diagnostics, performance, reliability, and security logs.

Subscription

Marketplace product/environment/state, account-binding metadata, lifecycle/verification state, and related server records required to reconcile purchases.

3. How EEZ uses information

EEZ uses information to operate accounts, display schedules, calculate personal earnings views, provide messaging and Schedule Groups, enforce safety controls, process requested AI-assisted imports, provide Workplace context, secure accounts, reconcile subscriptions, provide support, and improve reliability.

4. Employment isolation and private earnings

EEZ is designed so one Employment does not silently expose another Employment's schedules, earnings, Workplace context, or Group data. Earnings are private unless the user intentionally uses a feature that expressly shares information.

5. Schedule sharing

Ordinary Workplace or Chat Group membership does not automatically authorize detailed schedule access. For an Employment already shared with multiple Schedule Groups, an authorized manual edit to the user's own synced shift may update those shared projections.

6. AI processing

EEZ may send schedule documents and necessary visible content to contracted AI services when a user requests AI-assisted processing. See the AI Processing & Transparency Policy.

7. Messaging, blocking, and reports

Blocking restricts future direct interaction according to EEZ safety rules. Safety reports are not exposed to the reported user and do not automatically create a suspension.

8. Sharing and service providers

EEZ may use providers for cloud infrastructure, authentication, AI processing, notifications, place/context data, app distribution, diagnostics, support, and related operations.

9. Marketplace billing

Apple or another marketplace may independently process billing, payment, refund, and subscription records under its own policies.

10. Retention

EEZ retains information only as reasonably necessary for product operation, safety, security, legal obligations, shared records, and recovery. Safety reports are designed for 90-day retention unless a longer period is required by law or a specific unresolved safety/legal need.

11. Account deletion

Users may request account deletion in EEZ. Deletion removes or de-identifies EEZ-controlled private account data according to the deletion policy. Some shared content or limited security/anti-abuse/purchase-lineage/deletion records may remain where necessary. Deleting EEZ does not automatically cancel marketplace billing.

12. Security

EEZ uses safeguards including authenticated server-side authorization, account/Employment boundaries, bounded rate limits, secret management, and protected server-side purchase verification. No system can guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's privacy

EEZ is not intended for children below the minimum age permitted for the service or applicable law.

14. Your choices

Users may update profile/preferences, manage notifications, change sharing state, block/unblock users, manage marketplace subscriptions, or delete their EEZ account where supported.

15. Changes

WRED may update this Policy as EEZ evolves.
