Artificial Intelligence Processing & Transparency Policy

AI PROCESSING & TRANSPARENCY — Version 3.1
Effective October 7, 2026.

Purpose

EEZ uses AI as an assistive tool, primarily to help interpret user-provided work schedules and other explicitly requested productivity content.

What may be processed

When a user requests AI-assisted schedule processing, EEZ may process schedule images, PDFs, screenshots, visible names, dates, times, departments/positions, and other content necessary to perform the request.

How EEZ uses AI

AI may identify candidate shifts, parse dates/times, compare interpretations, or help structure schedule information.

Never silently be wrong

EEZ is designed to avoid silently committing uncertain work information as authoritative. When confidence is insufficient, EEZ may hold results for review, ask for confirmation, or abstain.

Human responsibility

Users remain responsible for checking important work information against official workplace sources.

What EEZ does not use AI for

EEZ does not use AI to make employer hiring, firing, promotion, discipline, compensation, or similar personnel decisions.

Providers

EEZ may use contracted third-party AI providers. Information is sent only as necessary for the requested feature and is subject to applicable provider/service agreements and EEZ's Privacy Policy.

Diagnostics and provenance

EEZ may retain bounded technical metadata, reason codes, hashes, timing, and provenance needed to troubleshoot or validate processing while avoiding retention of raw sensitive content where unnecessary.

Changes

AI providers, models, or techniques may change as EEZ improves, while the privacy and trust principles in this Policy remain applicable.
