EEZ END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT — Version 3.1
Effective October 7, 2026.
License
WRED Creative Technologies LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use EEZ on supported devices for lawful personal use, subject to this EULA and the EEZ Terms of Service.
Restrictions
You may not misuse EEZ, bypass authorization, access another user's data, interfere with security, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use EEZ for unlawful or abusive activity.
User content and shared records
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights of others whose information appears in shared schedules, messages, or workplace materials. You grant WRED the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and operate the features you choose.
Work information
EEZ assists with schedules, earnings, Groups, messaging, and related tools. EEZ does not replace official employer records or workplace approval.
AI
AI-assisted results may be incomplete or wrong. Users are responsible for reviewing important work information.
Subscriptions
Marketplace billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are controlled by the applicable marketplace. Deleting the EEZ account does not itself cancel marketplace billing.
Privacy
EEZ data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy, Data Retention Policy, and Account & Data Deletion Policy.
Third-party services
EEZ may depend on third-party services and connectivity.
Updates
WRED may provide updates for security, compatibility, reliability, or product improvement.
Termination
This license ends if you stop using EEZ or if WRED terminates access as permitted by law and the Terms.
Apple App Store terms
If EEZ is downloaded through Apple's App Store, Apple is not responsible for EEZ support except where required by law. To the extent required by Apple's rules, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.
Disclaimer and liability
EEZ is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. WRED's liability is limited as described in the Terms and applicable law.
Governing law
Ohio law governs except where applicable law requires otherwise.
